Lifting platform descends naturally
Check valve leakage
Check the check valves in the valve block. If the sealing surface of the check valve is found to be dirty, clean the check valve.
The drop valve is not tightly closed
Check whether the down valve has electricity. If there is electricity, eliminate the failure of the down valve or replace the down valve. The slide valve of the drop valve must be kept clean and flexible.
Leak in cylinder
Replace the cylinder seal
Lifting platform does not descend
Falling valve failure
With the down button pressed, check that the down valve is energized. If there is no electricity, try to eliminate it; if there is electricity, eliminate the failure of the drop valve itself, or replace the drop valve. The drop valve should be kept clean and lubricated.
Descent speed control valve out of adjustment
Adjust the lowering speed control valve. If the adjustment is invalid, replace the new valve.
Lifting platform does not lift
Voltage is too low
Check the potential of the starter when the motor is under load. Voltage hydraulic range allowed ¡À 10%
Motor does not turn
Check motor and circuit
Arbitrarily change two phases in a three-phase line.
Motor phase loss
Check circuit breaker and motor wiring.
(The motor does not move and there is a buzzing sound)
Open down valve
With the lowering button released, use a voltmeter to check if the lowering valve is energized. If there is no power, check the circuit and remove the fault; if there is power, remove the drop valve itself. The spool valve of the drop valve must be kept clean and flexible.
Low relief valve pressure
Readjust the relief valve. Adjusted at 100% rated load
The oil level is too low and the oil pump is empty
Top up hydraulic oil
Suction filter blocked
Air leakage in the suction section
Check the suction pipe and joint; tighten the joint. Replace the connectors if necessary.
The indicator light is on, press the up button, the motor rotates and the lifting platform does not rise
Check ≥phase power contact. After the power is reversed, the motor reverses. Just correct the power.
a. Non-professionals are not allowed to disassemble electrical appliances at will to prevent electric shock or accidental connection.
b. During maintenance under the working platform of the lifting platform, the working platform of the lifting platform must be hung and supported to prevent the lifting platform from falling suddenly, resulting in injury or death.
c. Do not arbitrarily adjust the relief valve. Every element in a hydraulic system works at a specified pressure. After arbitrarily adjusting the relief valve,
May cause abnormal operation of the hydraulic system. There will be unnecessary damage to people, machines and things.
d. Between any part of the hydraulic system, the pressure must be released first to prevent the pressure oil from spraying out and the workbench falling suddenly.
a. Whether the rollers, intermediate shafts and bearings, cylinder pins and bearings, boom hinges and bearings are worn.
b. Fill some parts with lubricating oil to extend bearing life.
c. Oil quality and level of hydraulic oil. The lifting platform is raised all the way. In this position, the hydraulic face should be 40-50 mm higher than the bottom of the box.
The hydraulic oil is darkened, sticky, or foreign matter such as grit, etc., if it is found, it should be replaced in time (32 # hydraulic oil)
a. Check all hydraulic pipes and connections. The pipeline must not be damaged, the joints must not be loose, and all joints must be tightened.
b. Remove and disassemble the drop valve, blow the plunger with compressed air, install it, and reinstall it.
c. Discard all the hydraulic oil, tighten the joint to take out the oil filter. After cleaning, clean it with compressed air, then put it back into the oil tank and connect the pipeline.
(Change to new oil, do not continue to use old oil. Otherwise, moving parts in the system will accelerate wear.)
